每年12月24日晚上，来自寒冷的遥远北方的圣诞老人，会滑下烟囱，把礼物放在孩子们的床边，或者装进袜子里。所以，孩子们睡前都会把圣诞袜高高挂起，第二天醒来时就会收获满满的礼物。当然，这都是拜父母所赐。
